西安市基础教育教师发展状况研究

         

摘要

This study aims to probe into the status quo of fundamental education teachers development by using questionnaires to test 907 teachers from 22 schools for fundamental education. The results show the following: the number of male teachers is deficient; the majority of the fundamental education teachers are young and middle-aged; they can basically meet the education requirements, but only a small number of them obtains the highest degree through full-time education ; most of them have less than 16 classes ; they can not exactly understand the concept of quality-oriented education, education equity and all-round development; they have some problems on the idea of teacher moral ; their professional competence is at middle level and mental health is at low level.%采用问卷调查法对西安市基础教育教师发展状况进行了调查,结果发现男女教师数量不均衡,男教师数量过少;以中青年教师为主,小学、初中教师基本都达到国家规定的学历,但通过全日制教育获得最高学历的教师人数不多;绝大多数教师周课时在16节以下;教师对素质教育、教育公平、全面发展观念的理解存在一定的误区;教师师德观念存在一定问题;教师业务水平居中;教师心理健康水平偏低。
