PPP项目引进产业基金投融资模式探讨——以某市轨道项目为例

论证产业基金参与PPP项目的可行性,结合某轨道项目案例,设计产业基金参与PPP投融资的操作流程、交易结构及保证措施,提出推广PPP引进产业基金模式的对策,以期为基础设施建设中应用PPP模式提供参考.%The paper demonstrates the industrial fund's feasibility to participate in PPP projects,designs the investment andfinancing operation process,deal structure and guarantee measures how the fund industry can involve in PPP. Besides,puts forward the countermeasures to promote the industry fund model in PPP,so as to provide reference for the application of PPP model in infrastructure construction in China.
