PPP项目引进资产证券化投融资模式探讨

摘要

资产证券化有利于盘活存量资产,提高资产的流动性,加速社会资本资金回笼.在论证"PPP+资产证券化"融资模式可行性的基础上,探讨交易模式选择、交易结构设计、适用范围和操作要点,并针对当前PPP项目中采用资产证券化融资存在的问题提出相关建议.%Asset securitization is helpful for revitalizing the stock of assets,improving the liquidity of assets and accelerating social capital return. Based on the demonstration of asset securitization's feasibility to participate in PPP projects,this paper discusses the selection of transaction mode,the design of transaction structure, the applicable scope and the operation essentials. Besides,puts forward some suggestions to solve the current problems of the asset securitizationfinancing in PPP project.
