大型建设工程项目实施状态诊断系统的指标体系时常出现高相关度指标,使得工程项目的诊断结果时常相互矛盾,给分析问题和进行科学决策带来困难。针对这一问题,对当前此类相关研究现状进行总结和分析。在循证科学原理的指导下,基于工程实际和经典成熟的欧式离差分析原理,提出有效解决这一问题的效度离差分析新方法,并用实例证明其具有实用性和有效性。%High-correlative degree indexes often appear in diagnosis index system of large-scale construction project implement state diagnosis system,and sometimes make the diagnosis results produce antinomy. Such phenomena bring difficult for analyzing problems and making decisions. For the disadvantage coming from high-correlative degree indexes,the research summarizes actuality about the problems. On the guidance of evidenced science theory,puts forward a new method by the approach of Euclidean-dispersion theory together with engineering practice. At last,proves the practicability and validity of the method by a real engineering example.
