Firstly,this paper expounds the features of investment and financing of urban comprehensive development under the PPP mode. And then,analyzes thefinancial risks of urban comprehensive development enterprises under the PPP mode. At last,in the case of CCCC urban investment company,puts forward the measures to build the financial risk prevention and control abilities of urban comprehensive development enterprises,so as to provide useful reference for other peer enterprises.%首先阐述PPP模式下城市综合开发业务的投融资特点,然后分析PPP模式下城市综合开发企业面临的财务风险.最后,结合中交城投的案例,有针对性的提出PPP模式下城市综合开发企业财务风险防控能力的对策,以期为其他同行企业提供有益借鉴.
