我国城市建成区绿地面积扩展基本驱动力的实证研究

摘要

利用1996~2015年我国省际面板数据,使用计量工具分析建成区绿地面积扩展与影响因子之间的作用关系.实证分析表明:经济发展、人口增加、建成区规模扩张、产业结构调整均与建成区绿地面积扩展存在长期均衡关系;前三者共同决定了建成区绿地面积扩展的现实进程;而产业结构调整将成为影响建城区绿地面积扩展的主要驱动因素.%This paper uses the measurement tool to analyze the relationship between the expansion of built district green space and the influence factors with the provincial panel data from 1996 to 2015. The result shows:economic development,population growth,built district expansion and industrial structure adjustment have a long-term equilibrium relationship with built district green space. The first three variables together form the process of the expansion of built district green space. The adjustment of industrial structure will become the main driving factor for the expansion of built district green space.
