建立城市竞争力与房地产业发展水平评价指标体系,并对珠三角9市2006~2015年间城市竞争力与房地产业发展水平进行测度.通过构建线性回归模型和耦合协调度模型,对二者相关性和时空耦合协调关系进行分析.在此基础上,探讨如何使房地产业的发展战略、规模与当前城市竞争力水平相适应,进而提出二者协调发展的对策.%This paper constructs the evaluation index systems of urban competitiveness and real estate industry, and measures urban competitiveness and real estate development of Pearl River Delta Urban Agglomeration. Then,constructs linear regression model and coupling coordination model to analyze the correlation and spatio-temporal coupling coordination relation between the urban competitiveness and real estate development. On this basis,discuses how to make the development strategy and scale of the real estate industry adapt to the development level of the current urban competitiveness,and then puts forward countermeasures for the coordinated development.
