竹管混凝土抗压性能试验研究

         

摘要

为探究竹管混凝土这一复合构件的压缩性能,将空心毛竹管与同尺寸竹管混凝土进行对比抗压试验.试验以竹径、竹节、填充混凝土为自变量,重点研究了填充混凝土对毛竹管抗压承载力的影响.试验结果表明:同一根毛竹管随直径的增加,其抗压承载力逐渐增强,但抗压强度逐渐降低;试验中竹节的存在对毛竹管抗压承载力影响不大;普通低强填充混凝土对于复合材料抗压承载力的提高作用很小,但对其延性的增大作用显著.试验可为竹管混凝土基本力学性能的探索打下基础,亦为节能环保建筑材料的研究提供一个新的方向.%The compressive tests were carried out between moso bamboo pipes and similar size bamboo pipes filled with concrete to explore their compressive properties as composite materials.With bamboo diameter,bamboo node and concrete as independent variables, the effect of concrete on compressive bearing capacity of moso bamboo was mainly studied.The tests results indicate that the compressive bearing capacity of same bamboo pipe gradually amplify with the increase of its diameter in compressive tests while its corresponding compressive strength gradually declined.Bamboo node is little helpful for the compressive bearing capacity of bamboo pipes in these tests. Although ordinary low strength concrete has little impact on the compressive strength of composite materials,ductility is obviously improved.Not only did these tests lay the foundation for the exploration of the basic mechanical properties of bamboo filled with concrete, but also it provided a new direction for the research of energy-saving and environment-friendly building materials.
