装甲车载ETX主板故障测试系统设计

         

摘要

To solve the maintenance problems of embedded technology extended (ETX) board in armored vehicle, the internal structure and interface relationship of ETX board are analyzed, and a fault test system of ETX board is designed. First, by using basic principles of the power on self test (POST), hardware circuit acquiring POST result is made to test fault of ETX core board. Second, the simulation boards are designed to test fault of peripheral devices in ETX board. Third, by using expert system, the auxiliary maintenance information is provided. Results of the application indicated the proposed system could point out fault location and solve maintenance problems for ETX board hardware failure.%为了解决装甲装备中车载ETX(嵌入式技术扩展)主板的维修问题,分析了装甲车载ETX主板的内部结构与接口关系,设计了一个对ETX主板进行故障测试的系统.利用板内BIOS自检的基本原理,设计了获取自检结果的硬件电路,并以此来检测ETX核心模块的好坏.通过设计仿真模块来检测主板上外围模块是否正常工作,根据辅助专家系统提供辅助维修建议.实践应用结果表明,该系统能直观、准确地指出故障位置,满足部队对ETX主板的维修需要.
