高职软件专业学生职业素养量化评价

         

摘要

To make up for the lack of the quantitative evaluation method of the professional quality of software major students in higher vocational colleges,a quantitative evaluation model based on analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method was proposed.Based on the requirements of software industry practitioners,evaluation index system was built,and the characteristics of higher vocational education were combined,while considering evaluating a corpus diversification,the quantitative results were processed through the standard optimization of evaluation level.The general steps of applying the mo-del were illustrated using an example.It is verified that the model is feasible and effective in the quantitative evaluation of students'' professional accomplishment.%为弥补目前高职软件专业学生职业素养量化评价方法的缺失,提出一种基于层次分析法和模糊综合评价法的量化评价模型.根据软件行业从业人员职业素养要求构建评价指标体系,结合高职教育特点,综合考虑评价主体多元化,通过评价等级的标准化优化对量化结果进行数字化处理.结合实例,阐述应用该模型的一般步骤,验证模型在学生职业素养量化评价上的可行性和有效性.
