免疫分析仪数据库的设计及其实现

         

摘要

针对免疫分析仪数据繁杂无序和流程复杂的问题,提出一种数据库的设计方法和实现手段.根据运行过程中各阶段的操作对象和数据类型,实现数据库模块化并提出基于流程的整体方案.以试剂数据库为例,以操作步骤为出发点,创建相应的E-R模型,设计合理的数据库,建立数据间的关联性.控制部分采用LabVIEW进行编程,鉴于多线程指令并行的特点,访问时创造性结合数据库与队列,实现多对一的有序化管理,其输出数据借由通知发送各处后,信息接收端通过判断字符进行对应处理.%To solve the chaos data of the immunoassay analyzer and the complex working process,a design method of database and the implementation mean was put forward.According to the action objects and data types in each stage of the process,the modular design of database was achieved and the overall scheme based on process was proposed.Reagent database was taken as the example,and operation steps were taken as the starting point to create the corresponding E-R model,the rational structure was designed and the correlation of the data was established.LabVIEW was used to compile in the control part.In view of the characteristics of multithreading,the combination of database and the queue realized ordering management.Its output data were sent to everywhere by notice,and the receiving end dealt with the corresponding information by judging character.
