公务船艇通导设备信息服务集成研究与应用

摘要

针对公务船艇通导设备信息集成缺乏科学合理的技术标准、集成所需的技术条件有限等问题,研发了一个信息服务集成系统.该系统对信息服务的多态数据进行采集,并分析系统软件框架和分层结构模型;以服务集成建模、服务链和数据集成为关键技术,实现通导设备信息服务集成系统,并在几个具备条件的沿海地区和公务船艇大队推广和应用.该系统解决了设备信息孤立、多信息融合、接口集成等问题,提高了信息化执法的效率.%Aiming at the lack of technical standard for integration and sharing of communication and navigation equipment in law enforcement vessel,an integration system of information service is established.Firstly,the system collects multi-data and analysis software architecture and hierarchical structure model,then achieve the information technology integration system by technique of service modeling,service chain and data integration.Finally,the application and promotion of the system is realized to solve the problem of information isolation,fusion and interface integration,as well as to improve the efficiency of informational law enforcement.
