同种异体皮诱导残余创面自体上皮再生治疗特重度烧伤疗效观察

摘要

目的 探讨同种异体皮诱导残余创面自体上皮再生治疗特重度烧伤的效果.方法 将特重度烧伤30例随机分为观察组和对照组各15例.经常规治疗后,观察组应用同种异体皮生物敷料覆盖残余创面诱导自体上皮再生；对照组应用传统方法处理残余创面.观察两组临床治疗效果.结果 两组自体皮源供皮次数、创面临床治愈时间、住院费用及治愈率比较差异均有统计学意义(P ＜0.05).DNA鉴定结果证实残余创面新生上皮组织来源为自体上皮组织.结论 在适合的条件下,同种异体皮覆盖残余创面,可以诱导自体皮源再生,对特重度烧伤患者的治疗具有一定的临床意义.%Objective To explore the effect of alloskin cover residual wounds inducing autogeneic reepithlialization in treatment of extremely severe burn.Methods A total of 30 patients with extremely severe burn were randomly divided into therapy group (n =15) and control group (n =15).Based on conventional therapy,the therapy group was treated with alloskin cover residual wounds inducing autogeneic reepithlialization,and the control group received conventional treatment for treating residual wound.The treatment effectiveness of the two groups was observed.Results The frequency of self-skin transplantation,cure time of wound surface,hospitalization cost and cure rate in the two groups showed significant differences (P ＜ 0.05).The source of renascent epithelial tissue of residual wounds was autologous epithelial tissue confirmed by DNA detection.Conclusion Alloskin cover residual wounds may induce autologous skin regeneration with proper conditions,which has a certain significance in treatment of patients with extremely severe burn.
