Founded in 1935, the Institute of Mathematical Statistics (IMS) is an international professional and scholastic society devoted to the development, dissemination, and application of statistics and probability.IMS China, established in 2007, promotes the participation of Chinese scholars in activities of the Institute of Mathematical Statistics.
