广州中医医学生医德教育现状的调查研究

         

摘要

Objective: This thesis launches the investigation of the current situation of medical ethics education of traditional Chinese medical colleges students in Guangzhou, reveals the the problems in current medical ethics education, and puts forward corresponding countermeasures. The data and experience gained are expected to improve ethics education in traditional Chinese medical colleges and provide reference of medical ethics education for medical students. Methods:Investigate 353 students in the major of traditioal Chinese medicine in three medical colleges in Guangzhou. Results: The students who have got medical ethics education behave obviously better in many medical ethics question understanding than those who have not ( P < 0.05 ). 84.4% of investigated students think that the teaching method by teachers'personal examples as well as verbal instruction has the most teaching effectiveness, and 88.1% of investigated students think that a professional teacher with both clinical knowledge and ethics knowledge can better carry out the teaching of medical ethics. Conclusion: There are both positive and negative factors in the current understanding and attitude towards ethics among tradtional Chinese medical students.Medical ethics education is still far from satisfaction, thus it's necessary to strengthen the medical ethics education of tradtional Chinese medical students in medical colleges.%目的通过对广州地区医学院校中医医学生医德教育现状进行调查,揭示该地区当前医德教育存在的问题,提出相应对策,为改进中医院校医德教育滞后的现状,提高医学生医德修养提供参考.方法 采用问卷调查法对广州地区3所高等医学院校353名中医医学生进行调查和分析研究.结果 是否接受过医学伦理学教育对多数中医医学生在医德观念和医德行为倾向上的影响具有显著性差异(P<0.05),84.4%的中医医学生认为导师和上级医师的言传身教方式成效最好,88.1%的中医医学生认为兼有临床知识的伦理学专业老师更能开展好医学伦理学教学工作.结论 当前中医医学生在医德认识和态度上积极因素和消极因素并存,医德教育还存在不足,有必要加强高等医学院校中医医学生的医德教育.
