基于健康人格塑造的美国一流大学人才培养的借鉴

         

摘要

美国一流大学注重实施通识教育、多样化课堂教学和丰富多彩的社会实践教育,首先把大学生培养成身心健康,具有诚信、伦理道德、社会责任感的普通社会公民作为第一要务.以健康素质教育为基础的综合素质和能力的培养是美国高等教育改革和人才培养质量的核心内容.交流和借鉴美国一流大学精神、办学理念、教学模式等人才培养路径,对促进大学生健康人格塑造和素质能力融为一体的素质教育的经验,对国内高校教学改革和推进健康素质教育具有一定的现实意义.%American first-rate universities put general education, diversification classroom teaching, rich and colorful social practice education in an important place, through which students are firstly shaped into common people of physical and psychological health, credibility and integrity, ethics, morality and social responsibility.Comprehensive quality and ability cultivation based on health quality education is the centre content of American higher education reform and talent cultivation quality.To excavate, communicate and learn from talent cultivation approaches such as the spirit, operating concept, and teaching model of American first - rate universities is of urgent and important practice referential meaning for promoting the quality education which combines healthy personality building and practical abifity of university students, en]ighting and implementing Chinese higher education reform, furthering health quality education in Chinese universities.
