浅谈医学检验中的伦理

摘要

Based on the analysis of the laboratory medicine progress, including pre - , in - , and post - lab-oratorial analysis, this article discussed the ethics - related issues involved in routine laboratory practice, which should be well dealt with by every laboratory medical worker. In order to improve the professional ethics spirit of laboratory workers, the authors proposed that laboratory workers should attach importance to the laboratory medicine , abide by the relevant medical ethics, which includes strong responsibility, precise style of work, harmonious patient -doctor relationship, hardworking, improving professional skills and so forth.%从医学检验分析的整个流程,包括检验分析前、分析中和分析后这三个阶段入手,为了提高检验医务工作者的以每一阶段检验工作的细节为落脚点,比较全面、细致、深入地分析了作为一名检验医务工作者在临床检验工作中所应处理好的相关伦理问题.为了提高检验医务工作者的职业道德精神,要求其充分认识检验工作重要性的同时遵守相关的医德规范,即具备高度的责任心和严谨的工作作风、构建和谐的医患关系、刻苦钻研技术,努力提高业务水平.
