加强医学生言语交际素养教育的探索

摘要

加强医学生言语交际素养是构建和谐医患关系的基础,是现代医学模式及医学发展的要求.而加强医学生言语交际素养的有效途径则包括:开展能培养医学生言语交际兴趣的活动；开设言语交际的相关课程,增加医学生言语交际知识储备；开展情景教学,以实践促进言语知识的内化；开展“准医生”岗前言语交际素养培训.%Strengthening medical students ' verbal communication competence is the foundation of building a harmonious doctor-patient relationship,also is the requirement of modern medical model and medical development.And strengthening the medical students is an effective means of verbal communication literacy includes:to cultivate medical students interest in verbal communication activities; to carry out verbal communication related courses; to increase medical students'verbal communication knowledge reserves; to carry out situational teaching to practice words promote knowledge internalization; to carry out doctor-to-be's pre-service verbal communication competence training.
