实例解析受试者招募中的伦理问题∗

摘要

临床试验或研究招募相应受试者是临床试验中非常重要的工作，但招募过程的多个环节，如在招募对象选择、招募方式、招募材料描述及报酬与补偿方面都可能存在伦理问题。通过案例解析，讨论相关伦理要素，认为需要恪守伦理规范、落实知情同意、发挥伦理委员会职能，才能充分保障受试者权益。%A major task in clinical trials and researches is subject recruitment, however there probably exist ethical issues in the process of recruitment, such as the selection of subjects, recruitment methods, document de-scription,reward and compensation. This paper is to discuss the relevant ethical elements through cases analysis. It put forward that only obeying ethical codes, implementing informed consent, and playing the function of ethics com-mittee, the rights and interests of subjects can be protected.
