人性化视域下医学生人文能力的建构径路探析∗

医学生的人文素养与能力是其在专业技术能力之外同样不可或缺的关键职业要素。基于人性化的视角，医学院校的人文能力培育要引导医学生树立以“人”为中心的服务理念，突破以“病”为中心的狭隘的技术视野的局限。医学人文教育应在明晰多方需求的前提下，拓宽实践教学渠道，丰富课堂教学内容，实现人文与医学的渗透融合。%Medical students′ humanistic quality and ability are the key practice elements beyond professional skills.
