医学生廉洁教育的困境及破解路径∗

摘要

By analyzing the reality and practice dilemmas that medical students′ probity education faced, this paper pointed out the following countermeasures:to enhance the scientificity of medical students′probity education by grasping the"three principles" including systematicness, subjectivity, and pertinence;to improve the effective-ness by "three carrier" including courses, culture, and practice;and to increase the pertinence by "three combi-nations" including population characteristic, career development, and daily management.%通过分析当前医学生廉洁教育所面临的理念和实践方面的困境，提出如下措施：抓好系统性、主体性、针对性三个原则，增强医学生廉洁教育的科学性；抓实课堂、文化、实践三个载体，增强医学生廉洁教育的实效性；与医学生群体特点、职业发展、日常管理有效结合，增强医学生廉洁教育的针对性。
