光纤式激光定位器的制作与临床应用

         

摘要

目的:制作一种结构和材料有别于传统光索的新型光索,用于定位左侧双腔支气管导管.方法:采用吸锡器改制手柄,手柄装载650nm、100 mW半导体激光模组作为光源;在3个吸锡器吸头中分别插入长40cm直径2.5、3.0、3.5 mm的光纤并固定作为光索;光源光索通过螺纹对位组合,接通电源光索顶端发光.结果:采用光纤及半导体激光的新型光索用于定位时,可以在颈前观察到清晰明亮的光斑.结论:新型光索成功解决了传统光索在亮度、硬度、粗细、热损伤、灯泡脱落及准确性方面的一系列缺陷,能够用于定位各种型号的左侧双腔支气管导管.%Objective To make an equipment of laser optical fiber to position left double-lumen endobronchial tube, which has difference from traditional light stylet at structure and material. Methods A handle was refilled with solder/desolder and loaded semi-conductor laser module(650 nm,100 mw) in it for the light source; The three Heads of scdder/desolder was respectively inserted optical filler in length of 40cm and in diameter of 2.5, 3.0, and 3.5mm for light conduction and fixed with glues. The light source and optical fiber was combined by thread. The head of optical fiber ray when power was on. Results The equipment which used optical fiber and semi-conductor laser could be observed bright light spol out of the neck when it was used. Conclusion The defects of traditional light stylet such as brightness, stiffness, diameter, heat damage, bulb disconnecter and accuracy were solved by the equipment, it can be used for positioning all sizes of left double-lumen endobronchial tube.[Chinese Medical Equipment Journal,2011.32(8) :29-30]
