肝素结合血凝素(HBHA)是结核分枝杆菌的一种表面蛋白,拥有3个功能结构域,其中碳末端在翻译后进行甲基化修饰,这与其免疫学特性有关.它不仅与细菌的黏附作用相关,可通过补体 C3 介导与巨噬细胞的结合,还通过与上皮细胞结合,在肺外播散型结核的发生中发挥重要功能,另外在抗肿瘤免疫中也有一定的作用;也可以作为新一代的血清学诊断标识,鉴别诊断活动性与非活动性结核病,并在开发结核新疫苗及抗结核病新药中显示出潜在应用价值.%Heparin binding hemagglutinin adhesin (HBHA) is a surface protein of Mycobacterium tuberculosis (M. tu berculosis) which has three functional domains. It is methylated at its carboxyl terminal domain after post translation which is relative with its immune properties. It is associated with not only bacterial adhesion and inducing attachment to macrophage by binding to human component C3 but also playing of an important role in extrapulmonary dissemination of M. tuberculosis be cause of adhesion to epithelials. It may play a role in anti tumor immunity too. Recently, studies suggest that it can also be used as a new generation of serum diagnostic marker and discriminate between active and non active tuberculosis disease. HB HA is showing its potential value in the development of new tuberculosis vaccines and new anti TB drugs.
