目的 探讨低强度脉冲超声波(low-intensity pulsed ultrasound,LIPUS)处理慢性牙周炎组织的生物学效应.方法 4只雄性Beagle犬构建下颌第三前磨牙慢性牙周炎模型,自体左右随机对照,不同强度LIPUS[超声功率(ISATA)30、60 mW/cm2]连续3个月隔天处理实验组20 min,每隔15d测量牙龈表面温度,测量LIPUS处理前后牙槽骨骨密度并获取实验区域骨组织切片,经HE、Masson染色评估LIPUS处理下牙周炎组织改建效应.结果 LIPUS处理前后牙龈表面温度变化小于1℃.骨密度变化实验组>对照组(P<0.05);实验组ISATA 30 mW/cm2组<ISATA 60 mW/cm2组,无统计学差异(P>0.05).不同参数LIPUS实验组较对照组均表现为牙槽骨组织成骨细胞活跃、类骨质形成增加.结论 单纯LIPUS处理有减轻牙周炎症状的可能,对慢性牙周炎具有潜在的修复效应.%Objective To explore the biological effect of chronic periodontitis with low-intensity pulsed ultra-sound( LIPUS) treatment solely. Methods Models including four male beagles were used in vivo to investigate issues relevant to the chronic periodontitis of third premolars. Canines were randomly divided into 2 groups to receive ultrasound therapy of different intenstties( Isata 30 mW/cm2. Isata 60 tnW/cm2), and randomly separate bilateral sides of each dog into two groups: the experimental groups with LIPUS irradiation and control groups without opening power source of LIPUS radiation. LIPUS treatments were given for 20 minutes with interval of one day during the consecutive 3 months. The temperature of the Gingive's surface was tested every 15 days and the bone mineral density were measured while tissue sections were used to assess the histological effects. Results The difference of gingive's surface temperature was less than 1 *C between before and after LIPUS irradiation. The changes of BMD in the experimental groups were more than those of control groups(P<0. 05), so did the groups of Isata 30 mW/cm2 and groups of Isata 60 mW/cm2. Unfortunately there was no statistical significant (P>0. 05). It indicated an activation of osteoplast in alveolar tissue and the osteoid formation enhancement. Conclusions Sole LIPUS treatment may anesis the symptoms of chronic periodontitis and has potential to restore.
