纵横加筋圆锥壳振动特性多目标优化设计

         

摘要

[目的]为了提高结构第1阶总体弯曲模态频率并降低低频范围纵横加筋圆锥壳尾端处的加速度总级,建立纵横加筋圆锥壳振动特性多目标优化设计的数学模型.[方法]采用有限元软件ANSYS对纵横加筋圆锥壳进行参数化建模,分析结构的振动模态以及在纵横加筋圆锥壳尾端施加垂直向下单位集中力情况下结构的响应.以Matlab为平台,使用遗传算法和宽容排序法对纵横加筋圆锥壳振动特性进行多目标优化求解.[结果]结果发现随着宽容度以及目标重量的增大,最优方案结构载荷处的加速度总级减小;单目标优化对于同一个目标值可以有多个方案与之对应.[结论]研究结果可为加筋圆锥壳结构声学设计提供参考.%[Objectives]In order to improve the overall bending mode frequency of the structure and reduce the acceleration level at the end of the stiffened cone in the low frequency range,a mathematical model of a multi-objective optimization design for the vibration characteristics of a stiffened conical shell is established.[Methods]Finite element software ANSYS is used to model a vertical and horizontal stiffened conical shell.The vibration modal frequency and structural response under the vertical downward unit concentrated force at the end of the stiffened conical shell are analyzed. Based on Matlab,the vibration characteristics of the stiffened conical shell are optimized by a genetic algorithm and the tolerance sorting method.[Results]The results show that with the increase of tolerance and target weight,the acceleration level of the optimal structural scheme decreases. With single objective optimization for the same target value,there can be multiple schemes.[Conclusions]The research results of this paper can provide useful references for the acoustic design of reinforced conical shell structures.
