耳鼻咽喉头颈外科住院总医师在进修生继续教育中的作用

摘要

The unique characteristics of otolaryngology head and neck surgery practice determine the necessity of the advanced fellowship training, and the duties and responsibilities of the chief resident defines his/her roles as a facilitator in advanced fellowship education, including organizing adequate lectures and presentations, encouraging learning initiatives, assigning appropriate work responsibilities and loads, ensuring compliance in medical records documentation, and improv-ing learning experiences using advanced teaching tools including digital multimedia devices. Our experiences indicate that emphasizing the roles of the chief resident in advanced fellowship education can be valuable to both clinical teaching and smooth day to day practice and is worth being adopted by similar fellowship education programs.%耳鼻咽喉头颈外科的专科特点决定了进修生继续教育的必要性，而耳鼻咽喉头颈外科住院总医师的职责又决定了其在进修生继续教育中的桥梁和纽带作用，主要表现在住院总医师可以更合理的为进修生安排科内讲座；更大程度的激发进修生的学习主动性；更全面的为进修生分配床位、安排一线值班；更好地规范进修生的病历书写；更多的使用手术室数字化多媒体提高进修生的学习效率。实践证明，重视住院总医师在耳鼻咽喉头颈外科进修生继续教育中的作用，对科室的教学和临床工作具有一定的作用，值得推广借鉴。
