Objective To reduce unreasonable links in the process of fluid infusion,and to provide the patients with an efficient,comfortable and reliable service process of fluid infusion. Methods A series of measures were performed to reform the processes of fluid infusion in the emergency department with the support of internet technique and logistics system,such as establishing humanistic surrounding,information network of infusion,abolishing patient fetching medicine,establishing drug distribution center,adding a pharmacist checking process and establishing emergency response plan. Results After process improv-ment,the patients' waiting time for medical consultation,paying fees,fetching medicine and checking infonnatiaon were significantly shortened,especially for the standing time(P<0.01). The degree of satisfaction in patients,doctors,nurses,and pharmacists reached 98 percent. Conclusion The reformed process of fluid infusion can improve the quality of nursing,shorten the patients' waiting time and ensure the safety of medication administration.%目的 减少输液流程中不合理的环节,为患者提供高效、舒适、安全的输液服务。方法 采用计算机网络技术,利用物流系统对门急诊输液流程进行了改造,主要措施:人性化的环境布局,输液信息网络化,取消患者取药的环节,建立配置中心,增加药师核对环节,制订应急预案。结果 流程再造后,输液忠者在就诊、缴费、取药、核对登记等输液关键环节的等待时间明显缩短,从而缩短了输液患者的全程输液等待时间,特别是站立等待时间(P<0.01)。相关人员对再造输液流程满意度达到98%。结论 再造后的输液流程提高了护理质量,缩短了患者输液等待时间,保证了输液用药的安全。
