超声检查新技术在慢性肾脏病诊断中的应用

摘要

Chronic kidney disease mainly includes primary glomerular disease and kidney damage secondary to systemic diseases. Because of its safety and the application of three⁃dimensional ultrasound imaging, contrast⁃enhanced ultrasonography and ultrasonic elastography, ultrasonography is an ideal imaging test for work⁃up and prognosis monitoring of chronic renal failure. This article mainly reviews the application status and progress of new ultrasound techniques in chronic kidney disease.%慢性肾脏病（ CKD）主要是指原发性肾小球疾病和继发于多种系统性疾病的肾脏损害。超声检查是慢性肾脏病首选的影像学检查方法。常规超声、三维超声、超声造影和弹性成像等超声检查技术的应用，使得超声诊断在CKD的诊断和预后监测中具有重要的指导意义。本文就超声诊断在CKD中的应用现状及研究前景作一综述。
