心理干预在窝沟封闭中的应用

         

摘要

目的:研究心理干预在窝沟封闭中的应用效果.方法:选择7~9岁小学生183例,随机分为干预组(n=95)和对照组(n=88),干预组在观看窝沟封闭视频资料前后分别填写改良儿童牙科焦虑面部表情量表(MCDASf),然后进行窝沟封闭;对照组直接进行窝沟封闭.两组封闭结束后均由经治医生根据治疗过程中学生的表现记录牙科畏惧程度,并于1年后复查封闭剂保留率.结果:干预组学生观看窝沟封闭视频资料前后MCDASf分值分别为43.79±17.06和35.14±19.02(P<0.05);干预组和对照组学生牙科畏惧程度存在明显差异(Hc=14.97,P<0.05),1年后封闭剂保留率分别为97.99%、87.62%(P<0.05).结论:窝沟封闭视频资料能减轻学生对窝沟封闭的焦虑感,改善操作过程中的配合度,提高封闭剂保留率.%AIM:To study the influence of psychological intervention on pit-and-fissure sealing in primary students.METHODS:183 students aged 7-9 yr for pit-and-fissue sealing were randomly divided into psychological intervention group(n=95) and control group(n=88).The subjects in intervention group watched a 10-min video of pit-and-fissue sealing before receiving the treatment.Before and after watching the video,the students answered the modified child dental anxiety scale (MCDASf) questinaire.Those in control group did not.After pit-and-fissue sealing,the dentist recorded the degree of dental anxiety according to the behaviors during the treatment.Sealant retention was examined at 1 yr follow-up.RESULTS:The MCDASf scores were 43.79±17.06 and 35.14±19.02 before and after video watching respectively(P<0.05).Intervention group showed much less dental anxiety (Hc=14.97,P<0.05).At 1 yr follow-up the sealant retention rate in intervention group and control group was 97.99% and 87.62% respectively(P<0.05).CONCLUSION:By watching pit-and-fissure sealing video,primary students' dental anxiety can be reduced and sealant retention can be improved.
