目的 了解乌鲁木齐地区高中生中鼻中隔偏曲的发生率及鼻中隔偏曲引起的症状和局部并发症情况.方法 对1668名乌鲁木齐部分地区高中生进行的体格检查中对1668例鼻腔检查结果进行了分析并判断鼻中隔偏曲发生率.结果 ①有鼻中隔不同程度的偏曲学生当中有明显症状者101例,男70例,女31例,主要症状为鼻塞、鼻出血、头疼、流脓涕；②鼻中隔不在中线,不同程度的偏曲者共340人,男251例,女89例,有明显症状者101例中,男70例,女31例,“C”偏曲者86人,“S”形者15人,高位偏曲26人,低位偏曲75人,前段偏曲67人,后段偏曲24人.鼻中隔偏曲患病率6.1％,男性4.8％,女性1.9％,两者差异有统计学意义(P=0.029).结论 鼻中隔偏曲患病率6.1％,男性4.8％,女性1.9％；早期发现和预防可有助于避免相关并发症的发生.%Objective To investigate the prevalence of nasal septum deviation in the senior high school students in Urimqi. Methods The routine health check-up data in 1668 senior high school students in Urimqi were collected and analyzed with the prevalence on the deviation of nasal septum. Results Of 340 people,251 boy students and 89 girl students had different degrees of deviation of nasal septum midline. Among them ,111 students had obvious symptoms, which were mainly nasal obstruction, nasal bleeding, headaches and pus nose, including 80 men and 31 women. The prevalence of nasal septum deviation was 6. 1% ,with men 4. 8% and women 1.9%. There was statistically significant difference between them ( P = 0.029). Conclusion The prevalence of nasal septum deviation in the senior high school students in Urimqi is 6.1 % , with men 4.8% and women 1.9%. Early diagnosis and intervention can avoid the related complications and thus help normal life and learning.
