Objective To study the bioactive components isolated from the fermentation broth of endophytic fungus strain A12 of Dracaena cambodiana. Methods The constituents were isolated and purified by column chromatography, and their chemical structures were identified by physicochemical and spectral data. Their antibacterial activity against Staphylococcus aureus and MRSA were tested by paper disco diffusion method. Results Seven compounds were obtained and elucidated as cytidine (1), uridine (2), p-hydroxyphenylacetic acid (3), p-hydroxyphenefhyl alcohol (4), uracil (5), desacetylaustin (6) and thiomethisosildenafil (7). Conclusion Compounds 3 and 4 showed inhibitory effect on Staphylococcus aureus and MRSA. It's the first report that compound 7 showed inhibitory effect on Staphylococcus aureus.%目的 研究海南龙血树内生真菌A12的活性次生代谢产物.方法 采用多种柱色谱技术进行分离纯化,根据波谱数据和理化性质鉴定化合物的结构,采用滤纸片琼脂扩散法测定化合物抗金黄色葡萄球菌(Staphylococcus aureus)和耐甲氧西林金黄色葡萄球菌(MRSA)的活性.结果 分离鉴定了7个化合物,分别为胞嘧啶核苷(1),尿嘧啶核苷(2),对羟基苯乙酸(3),对羟基苯乙醇(4),尿嘧啶(5),desaeetylaustin (6)和thiomethisosildenafil (7).结论 活性测试结果表明化合物3和4具有抗金黄色葡萄球菌和MRSA的活性,首次发现化合物7具有抗金黄色葡萄球菌活性.
