'互联网+医疗'的困境及政策解析

By discussing the inherence of internet plus medical care, problems such as lack of infrastructure, lack of standard and regulation and the limitation of health law in promoting internet plus medical care were analyzed. Suggestions including making internet plus medical care national strategy, making good policy support, strengthening infrastructure, completing policy and law and paying more attention on medical staff's demands to promote internet plus medical care combination are presented.%从"互联网+医疗"内涵入手,客观分析了"互联网+医疗"在推进过程中所面临的医疗机构互联网基础设施不尽完善、行业监管和规范缺失、医疗卫生法规限制等困境,并针对性地提出了制定"互联网+医疗"国家战略,营造良好政策环境;加强医疗行业互联网基础设施建设;建立和完善相关政策法规;关注医务人员需求等政策建议,促进"互联网+医疗"的有序融合.
