<正> The purpose of this issue is to try to convey some oflanguage recognition and understanding problem as it viewedfrom psychological perspective. To do this I will describe indetail some of the experimental research in this domain,illustrating the kinds of theoretical problems it involves insecond language(SL) oral fluency. The paper discuss SL oralfluency development from self-willing motivation based onLevelt’s speaking model, Anderson’s Adaptive Control ofThought and de Bot’s second language model, having discussedthe relationship between self-willing motivation and somerelevant factors, finally, we draw a conclusion that self-willingmotivation is an original motivation both in second languageoral fluency and its learning.
