带嵌件的音频插口开关动片组件注塑成型工艺与模具设计

         

摘要

A kind of audio jack with switch terminal was introduced.The structure and moulding requirements of switch moving plate assembly with insert was analyzed.The injection molding process of glass fiber reinforced (GF30) nylon 66 plastics and mold design features were researched.The inserts were designed as strip lay-out form,single product insert were positioned by three points,and the strip was positioned with pilot holes,using the three-plate mold with pin-point gate and the mosaic molded part.The uniformly and reasonably designed thimbles were used for inserts and plastic parts respectively.The mold could be cooled naturally without water cooling system according to calculation.The practice proves that the injection molding process is reasonable and the mold structure is stable and reliable.%介绍了一种带开关端子的音频插口,分析了带嵌件的开关动片组件的结构和成型要求,研究了玻璃纤维(GF)增强的尼龙66塑料的成型工艺和模具设计要点.嵌件设计为料带形式,设置三点定位单个制件嵌件,利用料带上导正孔定位料带.采用点浇口三板式模具和镶拼式成型零件.设计分布均匀合理的顶针分别作用于嵌件和塑件.经计算,模具可不设置水路冷却,可经模具自然散热完成冷却.实践证明,注塑成型工艺合理,模具结构稳定可靠.
