不可切除及不适合手术的食管癌患者的治疗原则

摘要

由美国癌症联合会(AJCC)与国际抗癌联盟(UICC)共同制定的食管癌新的TNM分期实施以后,对食管癌的临床研究和治疗提出了新的要求,与传统的食管癌临床研究和治疗相比,更加细化.本文根据食管癌新的TNM分期要求,就不可切除及不适合手术的食管癌治疗原则作一论述.%The new TNM staging of esophageal cancer developed by the American Joint Committee on Cancer (AJCC) and the Union for Internalional Cancer Control (UICC) jointly requests more in the clinical study and treatment of esophageal cancer compared with the traditional edition.This article reviewed the principles of treatment for unrcsectable esophageal cancer according to the new TNM staging.
