Studies have showed that histone deacetylase (HDAC), especially HDAC1, is closely related to various tumors including the genitottrinary system tumors.There have been ongoing researches about the role of HDAC in specific mechanisms of genitourinary systems: tumor formation, progression, metastasis and strategies of treatment.With further understanding of the role of HDAC (especially for HDAC1) in genitourinary tumors, it can provide the new strategy for the diagnosis and treatment of clinical genitourinary system tumors.%研究表明组蛋白去乙酰化酶(histone deacetylase,HDAC)与包括泌尿生殖系肿瘤在内的许多肿瘤的发生、发展密切相关,尤其是HDAC1,而目前针对HDAC与泌尿生殖系肿瘤形成、进展、转移相关具体机制及治疗策略的研究亦成为该相关领域的热点,相信随着对HDAC(尤其是HDAC1)研究的深入,将为临床泌尿生殖系肿瘤的诊治提供新的思路和策略.
