妇科肿瘤发病率高,并呈现年轻化的趋势.保留生育功能的早期妇科肿瘤患者的化疗是主要辅助治疗手段,化疗药物可导致卵巢功能损害和早衰.手术所致人工绝经症状将对年轻患者造成长期的困扰,严重影响生活质量,日益受到临床医生的关注.本文就妇科肿瘤患者绝经症状的相关研究及治疗方案进行了阐述.%In recent years, the incidence of gynecological cancer increased year by year, simultaneously, the age of the onset of these patients shows a trend of younger. In order to preserve fertility function, besides operation, chemotherapy is an important method of adjuvant therapy. As a result of treatment, many women with gynecologic malignancies will go through menopause and display climacteric symptoms at an earlier age than occurs naturally, due to surgery, chemotherapy and/or radiotherapy to the pelvic region. Iatrogenic menopause may adversely affect the quality of life and health outcomes in young female cancer survivors. Therefore, the reasonable application of HRT to young patients has draw more and more attention from the clinicians. In this article, the published studies on hormone replacement treatment for younger gynecologic cancer survivors and treatment schemes of HRT are discussed.
