尾管固井短路复杂情况及其补救固井方案

         

摘要

以某区块X-3井φ177.8 mm尾管固井短路复杂情况为例,对循环短路原因进行了分析,制定了系统有效的补救固井方案,并结合现场实践提出了利用迟到时间法监测分析井下循环情况.该方法在X-3井补救固井过程中的成功应用,准确判断出了尾管回接插头与回接筒联接处密封失效,成功避免了循环短路再次发生,同时在下入封隔器座封并建立循环后再次利用循环迟到时间准确判断出了裸眼段环空存在窜流,最终使该井采用封隔器座封建立正常循环后固井成功,且固井质量满足完井测试要求.%In view of the situation of circulation short circuit during liner cementing,taking φ177.8 mm liner of well X-3 as an example,the cause of circulation short circuit was analyzed,and the systematical effective remedial cementing measures were developed.Furthermore the lag time method for monitoring the downhole circulation situation was proposed and used successfully during the process of remedial cementing of well X-3.On the one hand,the seal failure of connection between the tieback stinger and the sleeve was found with the method,avoiding another potential circulation short circuit.On the other hand,the annular cross flow of open hole interval was also check out by the method after the packer was set and circulation was established.Finally the remedial cementing of well X-3 was successfully accomplished after setting packer and building normal circulation,moreover,the cementing quality met the requirements of the completion well test.
