Ultrasound diagnostic equipment is important for conventional imaging examination. With the development of information system, Ultrasound Information System(UIS) also has become the important part of PACS. It is significant to accomplish the quality control of ultrasound diagnostic equipment and UIS. Combined with the clinical concerns and the requirements of medical engineering, we make an preliminary quality control which focused on environment monitoring, system maintenance and cost control under existing technical condition. It also clarifies that the above work is helpful to improve medical quality and decrease operating cost. In the end, the related work in future is forecast.%超声诊断设备是重要的常规影像检查设备,且随着信息化程度的提高,UIS系统也成为了医院PACS系统的重要组成部分.做好超声诊断设备及其信息系统的质量控制工作意义重大.结合临床和医学工程两方面的要求,在现有技术条件下,本文以工作环境监控、信息系统维护和使用成本控制为重点,对超声诊断设备及其信息系统进行了初步的质量控制工作,明确了此项工作有助于提高临床医疗质量,降低设备使用成本,并对今后的相关工作进行了展望.
