基于振动分析的X射线管工作状态无损检测技术研究

         

摘要

This paper proposes an analysis method to monitor the status of an X-ray tube with rotating anode based on vibration signals analysis. The features were found and dealt with through the analysis of vibration signals detected by accelerometer and high resolution data acquisition card in time domail, frequency domain and time-frequency domain via the NI LabVIEW Visual Instrument Development Platform. This is a new approach to detect the start-up, running and breaking period of X-ray tube with rotating anode.%本文提出了一种基于振动信号分析的X射线管旋转阳极工作状态监测方法.利用LabVIEW虚拟仪器开发平台.对通过加速度传感器和高分辨率数据采集卡采集到的X射线管旋转阳极的振动信号进行时域、频域和时频联合分析,完成振动特征的提取和处理,实现了X射线管启动、运转、刹车等工作状态的区分.
