徕卡ASP300全封闭脱水机气路故障分析及解决方法

         

摘要

The dehydration treatment of pathological tissue is one of the essential links in pathological diagnosis. With the continuous progress of medical science and technology, the function of the fully-closed dewatering machine is continuously improving and perfecting to ensure the safe and effective operation of the dehydration process. In the present study, the reasons for the gas path blockage were analyzed with a Leica ASP 300 full-closed dewatering machine as an example, the method of retrofiting the length of the gas pipeline between the dehydration cylinder and the vacuum valve and the condensation treatment of the waste liquid bottle was proposed, which could effectively prevent the occurrence of this type of failure.%病理组织脱水处理是病理诊断必不可少的环节之一.随着医疗科技的不断进步,全封闭脱水机的功能正在不断的改进与完善,以保证脱水过程安全有效的运行.本文以徕卡ASP300全封闭脱水机为例分析了气路堵塞的原因,提出了通过改造脱水缸与真空阀之间气路管道的长度并接入废液瓶冷凝处理的方法,有效地预防该类故障的发生.
