Objective To explore the application of standardized process management in improving the disinfection and sterilization of laparoscopic professional equipment. Methods The operating room laparoscopic professional equipment were applicated with standardized process management from October 2001 to October 2016. A management team was established to investigate the risks of cleaning and disinfection of professional laparoscopic instruments. Then the efficacy of laparoscopic cleaning and disinfection before and after the implementation of standardized process management and the equipment management of nurses was compared. Results After the implementation of standardized process management, the qualified rate of the professional laparoscopic instrument recovery, device washing, packaging, sterilization and the satisfaction rate of packaging were higher than before (P＜0.05). And the quality of work of the nursing staff in laparoscopic marking, disinfection quality, teamwork, document recording, equipment cleaning quality inspection and other aspects was also higher than before (P＜0.05). Conclusion Standardized process management can effectively improve the quality of nursing equipment and laparoscopic professional disinfection and sterilization of equipment to ensure the safety of laparoscopic surgery.%目的 探讨标准化流程管理在提高腹腔镜专业器械消毒灭菌效果中的应用.方法 2015年10月至2016年10月对手术室腹腔镜专业器械应用标准化流程管理,通过成立管理小组,调查腹腔镜专业器械清洗消毒过程中存在的风险,并加以改进,比较标准化流程管理实施前后腹腔镜清洗消毒效果及护理人员器械管理情况.结果 实施后腹腔镜专业器械回收合格率、器械洗涤合格率、包装合格率、灭菌合格率及包装满意率高于实施前(P＜0.05).实施后护理人员在腹腔镜标识、消毒质量、团队合作、文书记录、器械清洗质量检查等方面工作质量评分高于实施前(P＜0.05).结论 标准化流程管理能有效提高护理人员器械管理能力及腹腔镜专业器械消毒灭菌质量,确保腹腔镜手术安全性.
