阐述了2D数字伺服阀的工作原理,建立了电一机械转换器的数学模型并进行了仿真分析,设计了2D数字伺服阀控制器,并对电一机械转换器及样阀进行了实验研究.理论和实验结果均表明,该电一机械转换器具有良好的频率特性,-3dB、-90.处的频宽约为250Hz.2D数字伺服阀在25%的最大阀开口下对应-3dB的频宽约为130Hz.%The working principles of a 2D digital servo valve were described firstly, then the mathematical model of electro-mechanical converter was established and simulation analysis was executed. Finally a special controller for 2D digital servo valve was designed and the experimental research of electro-mechanical converter and the prototype of 2D digital servo valve were performed.Both theoretical simulation and experimental study illustrate that the electro-mechanical converter has an excellent dynamic response whose frequency width is 250Hz at -3dB and -90° approximately,and the frequency width of 2D digital servo valve is about 130 HZ at 25% maximum spool displacement.
