无优先权维修活动及其Petri网建模

摘要

为准确描述装备维修过程中的活动关系,提出了维修过程中无优先权活动关系的概念,并对比分析了其与传统维修活动关系的异同.应用Petri网建立了考虑资源约束的无优先权拆卸和无优先权维修过程模型,采用Petri网进程分析了模型的运行特点.应用模型对某装备维修过程进行了分析,验证了无优先权活动对维修过程的影响.%In order to describe the activity relationship of maintenance processes, a concept of non-priority maintenance activity was brought forward, and the similarities and differences comparing with traditional maintenance relations were analyzed.The non-priority disassembly and non-priority maintenance process model were constructed based on Petri net, where operation characteristics were represented by process of Petri net.Applying the model, an equipment maintenance process was analyzed, which validated the effects of non-priority maintenance activity upon maintenance process.
