纳米材料的表征与测试方法

摘要

In order to promote the formation and development of characterization and measurement system for nanomaterials, this article introduced the classification and characterization of nanomaterials, and summarized related measurement technologies, being based upon large numbers of literatures, standards and regulation. At the same time, the authors discussed the characterization and measurement challenges for nanomaterials, and proposed some concerned suggestions. The mentioned above is helpful for characterizing and measuring nanomaterials, and for resolving the related problems. It can be an important reference for composing standards in this field.%为促进纳米材料表征与测试技术体系的形成与发展,在查阅大量国内外文献、标准及相关法律法规的基础上,对纳米材料的分类、表征、重要测试技术进行介绍和综述,并对当前纳米材料表征与测试技术面临的挑战进行讨论,提出相关建议,在一定程度上能为解决纳米材料表征与测试技术难题、开展相关表征与测试工作、制定纳米材料表征与测试方法标准提供重要参考.
