麻风免疫诊断进展

摘要

本文系统地复习了麻风杆菌(ML)基因组诠释前后的免疫诊断研究，诠释前的研究主要包括以 PGL-I 为基础的血清学实验和以蛋白抗原为基础的血清学实验，诠释后的研究主要介绍了培养滤液蛋白 CFP-10和早期分泌抗原在免疫诊断中的应用，还介绍了特异性引起 T 细胞反应的肽类的研究。%This paper systematically reviewed immunodiagnosis of leprosy before and after genomic research. The tests before genomic research mainly include phenolic glycolipid (Phenolic glycolipid I, PGL-I) and protein antigen serology experiment. The tests after genomic research mainly include the application of culture filtrated protein 10 and EAST-6 in serology and peptides which cause specific T cell responses.
