过敏性紫癜的治疗进展

摘要

目前过敏性紫癜(HSP)的治疗多以抗过敏、补充维生素和钙剂等对症治疗为主,出现严重关节和(或)消化道症状及过敏性紫癜性肾炎时应给予个体化治疗,包括激素、免疫抑制剂、抗凝、血浆置换和中药等.本文对HSP治疗的进展进行了综述.%The bases for the treatment of Henoch-Schonlein Purpura (HSP)mainly are symptomatic, such as anti-anaphylaxis, vitamin and calcium supplement. However, the therapies for those who have involve-ment of severe arthritis, gastrointestinal complications and nephritis should be personalized, including corti-costeroid, immunosuppressant, decoagulants, plasmapheresis, traditional Chinese mdicine and so on, which is reviewed in this article.
