5-氟尿嘧啶联合奥沙利铂术前短程冲击化疗大肠癌的效果观察

摘要

Objective With the analysis of the clinical effect of five lfuorouracil combined with oxaliplatin chemotherapy for colorectal cancer preoperative short-range impact to explore.Methods 90 cases of colorectal cancer in our hospital were randomly divided into control group and observation group, 45 cases in each group, the control group did not receive any anticancer therapy before operation, routine preparation after radical surgery, the observation group before surgery to ifve lfuorouracil combined with oxaliplatin in preoperative chemotherapy after 3 days of short-range impact. Given radical surgery, compared two groups of clinical curative effect. Results The total effective rate of the control group was 44.44%, the observation group was 55.56%, the total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion Five fluorouracil combined with oxaliplatin chemotherapy for colorectal cancer preoperative short-range impact effect.%目的：探究与分析5-氟尿嘧啶联合奥沙利铂术前短程冲击化疗大肠癌的临床效果。方法选取我院收治的90例大肠癌患者采取随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组，每组45例，对照组术前不接受任何抗肿瘤治疗，常规准备后给予根治性手术，观察组手术前给予5-氟尿嘧啶联合奥沙利铂术前短程冲击化疗，3 d后给予根治性手术，对比两组临床疗效。结果对照组临床总有效率为44.44%，观察组临床总有效率为55.56%，观察组与对照组相比，临床总有效率较高，差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论5-氟尿嘧啶联合奥沙利铂术前短程冲击化疗大肠癌的效果显著。
