某地铁车辆段检修主厂房自然通风数值模拟

         

摘要

The calculation model of some metro depot’s main maintenance workshop was built according to its actual geometry and calculation param eters. The N um erical Sim ulation of tem perature field and velocity field in the Main M aintenance W orkshop was Research by the STA R-CD com putational fluid dynam ics softw are.RNGk-ε turbulent modelis used as the com puting model,Finite volume method is used to discretize the com puted area and SIMPLE is adopted to couple the velocity and pressure. The heat of the equipm ents, lights, solar radiation and other heat transfer process were considered in the Simulation of the main maintenance workshop.A ccording to the results of sim ulation, com bined with health standards, thermal environment of the main maintenance workshop with natural ventilation was analyzed and evaluated.%根据某地铁车辆段检修主厂房的实际几何尺寸及计算参数建立计算模型,采用STA R-CD 计算流体力学软件对采用自然通风条件下检修主厂房内温度场、速度场进行了数值模拟研究。计算模型采用RN G K-ε两方程湍流模型,离散化方法采用有限体积法,速度-压力耦合求解采用SIM PLE 算法,模拟计算中考虑了检修主厂房内设备散热、照明散热及透过采光天窗的太阳辐射等多种传热过程。根据模拟计算结果,并结合卫生标准,对采用自然通风方式下厂房内的热环境进行了分析和评价。
