新柳林河隧道掘进爆破对既有隧道的影响

         

摘要

复线隧道工程中,施工爆破对既有隧道会有较大的影响,对保障既有隧道的安全运营具有重大意义。结合新柳林河隧道临近营业线爆破掘进施工工程,采集了爆破掘进作业中既有隧道迎爆侧和背爆侧的墙中、底板测点振速,且跟据工程地界图建立数值模型,将监测的现场数据和数值模拟数据对比分析。结果表明:迎爆侧受爆炸应力波的直接入射破坏,以水平应力为主,径向振速大于其它2个方向的振速;迎爆侧边墙偏上为最危险区,起拱处次之,底板相对安全;根据分析结果优化了爆破参数,提高了施工进度,同时也保证既有隧道的安全运营。%Excavating blasting in double-line tunnels influences the structure safety of existing tunnel. Based on the project of excavating blasting in new Linlinhe double-line tunnel,the vibration velocity of measuring points on the mid side wall and floor were monitored in blasting excavation. Simultaneously,the numerical model was established based on the project boundaries,then a comparative analysis between numerical simulation and monitoring dates was carried out. The results show that the explosive stress wave damaged the blasting side directly,and the radial velocity was bigger than the other 2 direction values;the wall on the blasting side was most dangerous,secondly the arch are-a,and the ground was relatively safe. The blasting parameter was optimized based on the results,by which the con-struction progress was improved and the safe operation of the existing tunnel was also obtained.
